Lynn Olson - President and CEO
Lynn W. Olson joined HRH in December 2011 as President/CEO with responsibility for leading the Hospital. Mr. Olson has 35 years of experience in health care, with 22 as a CEO. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Winona State University, and a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, IL. Mr. Olson is also a member of the Hannibal Evening Kiwanis Club. He has significant experience in strategic planning, business development, quality improvement, physician recruitment and creating and operating joint ventures.
Sarah Bradshaw - Vice President - Nursing
Sarah Bradshaw is the Vice President – Nursing of Hannibal Regional Hospital. Sarah has worked in many capacities in her nursing career, as staff nurse, nursing supervisor, Director of Hannibal Regional Hospital Home Health Agency, and Director of Nursing. Ms. Bradshaw received her Diploma of Nursing from Blessing Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Walden University. Ms. Bradshaw has received her Nurse Executive Advanced Board Certification from ANCC, and is a member of the American Nurses Association, Missouri Nurses Association, Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the International Association of Human Caring.
Dr. Pranav Parikh - Vice President - Medical Affairs and Quality
Pranav Parikh, MD, FCCP, CPE is the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Quality at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Dr. Parikh is a board certified physician practicing Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Hannibal Clinic since Aug 2000. He was recently awarded the degree of Certified Physician Executive (CPE) by American College of Physician Executives. He also became certified in Population Health by Thomas Jefferson School of Population Health in Philadelphia, PA. He oversees the Population Health Program at Hannibal Regional Healthcare System and also serves as the Medical Director of the Hospitalist Program at HRH. He also is the Medical Director of the ICU, Respiratory Therapy Department and the Sleep Lab at HRH. Dr. Parikh has been very active in the organized medical staff and was the President of the Medical staff from 2010 to 2012. Dr. Parikh sits on the Regional Board of the Midwest Region of BAPS, a socio-spiritual Hindu organization.
